Our newly completed house in Haddenham is split level with the kitchen, dining room, utility, cloakroom and play room on the ground floor. Three steps lead you into the living room, which has a normal combustable fireplace. All rooms have been installed with Cat5 cable and have speakers ceiling mounted providing a seamless flow of audio from room to room.The stairs from the living room landing lead up to the first floor landing and into the master bedroom with dressing room and en-suite – this room has been pre-wired for sound. There is a following bedroom and main bathroom. Three steps lead you onto a landing area, which has a warm room airing cupboard and a bedroom. A flight of stairs leads you up into the loft area which has an open plan office, bedroom and en-suite – these two rooms have also been pre-wired for audio. Velux windows have been fitted upstairs maximising the amount of light and giving the house an open feel.
The garden has been professionally designed and landscaped. The features include a patio with raised planters and two court-yard areas, incorporating iron railings. The steps lead to the garden which has raised beds made of oak sleepers and lush borders with a mix of high and low density shrubs.
Every development is backed by an NHBC Certificate. The NHBC inspect each development at various stages, signing a document stating that the finished house has been built within guidelines to a suitable standard. The certificate is a guarantee of our workmanship by an individual assessor.
